Booking Calendars Instructions

In order to be able to create a new calendar event, you must be logged into your Gmail account AND you must have received an invitation from the calendar administrator, Claudia. If you haven't received an invitation, please contact Claudia at claudia@clovervillepubliclibrary.org.

Follow these steps to create a new calendar event:

1. Click on the following
icon displayed in the lower right corner of the Google Calendar page:
2. Click on the day where you'd like to create a new event. If the event spans over an hour, click and drag.
3. Type the title/subject of your meeting in the "What" field of the pop-up window.
4. Click on "Edit event details."
5. Select the appropriate calendar (Room A or Room B) from the Calendar drop-down menu.
6. Change Privacy settings to "Public."
7. Click "Save."
