Ingredients- 4 mint leaves
- ice
- 1 ounce lime juice, about 1 lime
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1/2 ounce rhubarb syrup
- club soda
Directions- Place the mint leaves in the glass and muddle them to release their oils.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the lime juice, rum and syrup and fill the glass with club soda.
