Maple Salmon by Closet Cooking (makes 4 servings) Ingredients: 1 pound salmon 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon ginger (grated, optional) Directions 1. Marinate the salmon in the maple, soy and ginger for 20+ minutes. 2. Cook the salmon in a preheated oven set to broil for 5-10 minutes. (Pour some of the marinade over the salmon several times while cooking.) 3. Place the salmon on a plate and pour some of the maple sauce from the bottom of the pan on top of the salmon. |
