Kimchi Dip from Closet Cooking
(makes 4 servings)

Ingredients:
1 cup kimchi (chopped)
2 green onions (sliced)
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano (grated)
1/4 cup mozzarella (grated)
1/4 cup panko crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano (grated)

Directions:
1. Mix the kimchi, green onions, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmigiano reggiano and mozzarella and pour it into a baking dish.
2. Mix the panko bread crumbs and parmigiano reggiano and sprinkle it on top of the dip.
3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling and golden brown on top, about 20-40 minutes.
