Due to the Awards Banquet being in place of our regular meeting and there being some decisions that need to be made regarding our carnival and other activities during the July 4th Weekend, we will have a special meeting this Thursday, March 31, at 7:30 PM at the Depot. 
 
The agenda for this meeting will focus solely on planning for the carnival and other activities.  Everyone is invited and we would like to get everyone’s opinions as we start making decisions on what our event will look like.  Everyone who was working on some possible events for the July 4th Weekend, please come with an update on your event.
