physical transformation letting go of over 30 kilos.
Through experience as a Journey Therapist, studies in behavior and neuropsychology, Jane began to uncover and free herself of a life long pattern of
overeating. Through a combination of Journeywork, NLP and psychotherapy, the
underlying causes of these obsessive and addictive patterns were revealed and
resolved. Jane was left in a place of power and choice.
Weight loss is not about will-power. Permanent weight loss is the outcome of processing the patterns of thought driving the habitual excessive
behaviours that stem from past experiences and conditioning. Once these are
addressed, a new healthy life style falls into place. Naturally!
