Journey Therapy
Change Your Mind Change Your Life
|
You can heal all areas of your life, emotional, physical or
behavioural.
Journeywork is a very safe and gentle guided introspection that works at the deepest levels of consciousness to uncover and clear out crystalising phantom or
cellular memories as well as stored consciousness and conditioning that drive
unwanted (reactive) emotions and behaviors. A method of providing the “plastic
brain” with alternative neural pathways, that, with reinforcement, replace
previous unconscious thoughts and behaviors. The work is based upon the premiss
that all people are driven to self actualise, and so provides a method to do so.
"Nobel Prize nominated research has established how emotions affect us at a cellular level. If trauma and emotions are not resolved, they become physically
stored as a cellular memory and can lead to disease years after the events
originally occurred." ~ 'Molecules of Emotion' Candice Pert PhD ~ Scribner Book

Jane’s sessions work to counteract the shutdown, withdrawal or reactivity that can happen in the face of everyday life. Powerful work that offers you effective skills to
easily maintain mindfulness, take charge of and gain greater awareness and
control over thoughts, self talk, emotions and behaviors. You will gain
understanding and insights into exactly what drives your behaviors and
emotions. A resting place while the Journeywork, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
and psychotherapy goes about its deeper work.
Jane has a particular interest in unconscious thought processes and how these
can impact upon all areas of our lives; how the Journey process, and her further skills
from training in other modalities and psychology, provide a method to safely
access, resolve, and so heal from any number of psychological issues or physical
ailments.

"... our system is self-regulatory in the highest degree, - self-maintaining, repairing, readjusting, and
even improving. The chief, strongest, and ever-present impression received from the study of the
higher nervous system activity by our method, is the extreme plasticity of this activity, its immense
possibilities: nothing remains stationary, unyeilding, and everything could always be attained, all
could be changed for the better, were only the appropriate conditions realized."
