The Cottage is part of 'Claxby' an historic working sheep, beef, deer & cropping farm located on the Canterbury Plains near Christchurch in the South Island New Zealand.

The Cottage has large rooms, 3 bedrooms, separate lounge, dining & kitchen rooms, hallway,
laundry, bathroom with tub, shower, toilet.
We have an outdoor setting with bbq.
There is a carport at the rear of the Cottage in addition to the parking area.
Farm tours can be arranged.
