NEW! - Blame Still Not my Uke (see below)
As well as my free scores, I've started compiling more carefully edited arrangements into e-books which I'm selling on the site. So far I've finished two but more will shortly follow. They are sold as PDFs which I will send to a buyer as an email attachment once he/she has paid. I have set up a simple and easy way of paying for them through paypal - simply add the items you wish to purchase to the cart and then pay through paypal, including a message with your email address so I can send you the e-book(s). Take a look below at the ones I've got on sale. Blame Not my Uke - £2.50 The title is a pun on the name of one of the pieces in the book, "Blame Not My Lute", which is one of my favourite pieces in the book. The book contains 30 easy ukulele pieces, carefully arranged from renaissance lute pieces. The music is taken from lute books of the period, which, although written anonymously, had many pieces of great beauty, despite the fact that they are not well known. I threw in a couple of famous ones too though, such as Greensleeves and Go From My Window.
It has 28 pages, 22 of which are packed with music.
Arranged for a GCEA (high G) tuning and presented in tabature. See the contents pages here And a free sample page of music here £2.50 (Remember to give me your email address so I can send it to you!) John Dowland - 18 Pieces - £5.00
Dowland was possibly the greatest composer of the time, and certainly the most famous. His music spread accross Europe and acheived great fame. Even today his music is widely loved. This book contains 18 of his varied and beautiful compositions, giving you a taste of this eminent renaissance composer. I have also included not only a biography of the composer and information on the lute, but also information on ornamenting and notes on every piece in the book.
Of Dowland's many works I have included pieces ranging from the catchy and merry tunes of Orlando Sleepeth and Mistress White's Thing to the rich beauty of Dowland's midnight to the meloncholy masterpiece of Dowland's most famous work, the Lachrimae Pavan.
Expect tuneful music of easy to moderate difficulty. Presented in clear tablature and in GCEA(high G) tuning
The book contains 36 pages, 24 of which are packed with music.

Blame Still Not my Uke - £4.00
The second book in my series of catchy, renaissance tunes, Blame Still Not my Uke contains 20 longer and marginally more difficult pieces from the rich period. I've thrown in several more folky pieces to attempt too, all of which lively and catchy. Being tuneful and satisfying to play, the pieces in the book are great fun to learn seriously or just randomly pick up and play. I've also put in one of Francesco Da Milano's amazing fantasias at the end to give a taster of this marvalous renaissance composer's works.
The book contains information on the lute and ornamenting the music in the book.
The book contains 27 pages, 21 of which contain music. Arranged for a GCEA (high G) tuning and presented in tabature.
