"Desperate times call for desperate measures"...

I think we are all feeling it, in one way or another. Breeders can't sell. Individual horse owners can't sell. But they need to. This is why my assistant Amy Savage and myself, Clare Long, have formed CPHS (Clarity Performance Horse Sales). We want to help and we can. We have sold 9 horses into fantastic, loving 'forever' homes, in just 4 months!

In this economy, many of us are suffering. Let Amy and I lift your burden. We can place your horse. There are lots of loving buyers out there, they just don't have a lot of money to spend. Granted, you might not get a big bunch of cash from the sale, but you will get out from under the bills, the pressures, the responsibilities and the potential liabilities of horse ownership (what if she goes lame?!). For some of us, we are struggling to feed our families, let alone pay our horse's board bills. Sometimes, it comes down to our child going to the dentist or getting school supplies, or our horse getting new shoes or their annual vaccinations. You know your horse deserves to have a wonderful and productive life. Don't waste it with them back burnered or hanging out in your pasture, when they could be an active and contributing member of the horse community, and be worshipped and adored by their new owner.

CPHS (Amy and Clare) now make it possible. We are offering to take your horse in training to sell, just for the price of board, starting at $450.00 per month.  We make it easy on your pocketbook, and bank account,  by allowing all training costs to be paid out of the price of the sale.    ***See below for Financial Conditions & Details*** 
 
The reasons why we can sell are simple and straightforward:
1. We put all of our time, hearts and soul into each and every horse that we sell, and treat them as if they were our own.
2. We have countless resources, formed from 37 years in the business, at our fingertips.
3. We spend tremendous amounts of energy on the horses: grooming, exercising, training, photos, videos, written descriptions, hand grazing, and tons of old fashioned 'elbow grease' and TLC.
4. We have unlimited connections, in all the horse industries, disciplines, and breeds.
 
 OK, so maybe, 'desperate' is too strong a word, but dang would you like to sell your horse!
Again, we can help. We have 2 very nice, safe and comfortable barns at our disposal for $450.00 per month. Otherwise, if you have the $700.00 per month, and want to sell your horse from our super fancy barn, that is your prerogative, and your choice, and you are welcome to.  Selling your horse from Willow is still a fantastic deal, considering training costs can be deferred until your horse is sold, and taken from the sale price.  Feel free to call Clare for all the details: 707-338-2092; or email us at: clarityperformancehorsesales@gmail.com.

***Financial Conditions and Details:
When your horse sells, which she/he will, a minimum of $500.00, per each month that your horse was actively for sale with CPHS, will be taken out of the total sale price, plus 10%.
 
Note: if your horse is with us and not actively on the market, then the cost for full training & care will be $650.00 per month.
 
If the horse is removed from the CPHS Program before a sale is completed, then the price of $650.00 per month of full training & care must be paid in full before the horse leaves the property.
This will also hold true if CPHS has found the right home, but the owner changes their mind on selling.
