Date Rape

History repeats itself, time and time again. In ancient times, the term women was burdened with connotations of weakness, frailty, and useless in their own right. In the developing world views of women have changed, ranging from property of menfolk to brusque leaders to quiet manipulators. More and more, as the world ages, women have begun to choose their own paths. However, in this ability to guide their own lives, women have almost forgotten important aspects of the world, that will not change, no matter how much feminism or political correctness wish them to. And in knowing this, females should plan accordingly.  Knwing that rape, by definition is the illegal action of controlling a woman through physical force or threat to have sexual intercourse (Phillips, 2008),When cutting an pasting, you should maintain the same font and size. I propose that the pheonomeon of date rape is entirely on the heads of women.

Many would argue that the main cause of Date Rape is the inablity for men to control their hormonal urges. (Pagalia, 2001) They are wrong. Men are the primary cause, but the main cause, the true source to blame, is the inattention and provactive attitudes of these young women. According to a local high school teacher, "the point of life is to reproduce" and so assuming, men are just a bunch of hormones carefully kept in check. In some, their control is better than others. How can a man deny his instrincts? How can a person argue against  their natures? That men are as civilzed as they are is an enormous feat. Nevertheless, it is the responisiblity of females to take this predisposition into consideration, and not take the hard work of males for granted.

Also, men are better at phsycical combat than females. PhD Alan Miller excutes this in his article, that men win eighty seven percents of physical fights against members of the opposite sex (Miller, 2007). Insitictively knowing that females are somewhat at the mercy of males, women must take precautions against finding themselves in positions in which they are vulnerable. Or at least, be prepared to accept the consequences of putting themselves into these situations.
