Progress Report Distribution Dates:
Report cards go home: 10/1, 11/17, 1/12, 2/24, 4/13, and 6/4. (Progress reports are updates of your child's current progress in his/her classes. These grades are NOT permanent until the end of each semester--so the report for the full 1st semester grade will come to you on 1/12 and the report for the full 2nd semester will come to you on 6/4. If you would like to check your child's grades at any time, please use the Infinite Campus sign in--forms were sent home last year and again recently. Students also have access to their grades. English Courses
Summer Reading: Each high school student will have 1-2 books to read over the summer. Students will be tested over the summer reading during the 1st week of school in August. Each text and assessment will act as a baseline for incoming English students, providing teachers with an understanding of which skills students have mastered and which ones need to be taught or revisited.
