I'm going back - didn't get to the 4th floor....
Date: TBD

Would you believe: the guy in line in front of me got the last ticket for the tour!?!
I went to look at the exhibit prior to the tour, got through the 5th floor, turned to go to the stairs - and there they were! I listened from the door of the gallery until, after several back-door interlopers had passed, I decided the damage was done and snuck in; high-heels making stealth-mode difficult, I was impressively quiet if I do say so.
I just got publicly scolded on Flickr for this, and deservedly so - I'm a heel.

"Gink" 2005

I just love the fade up the back of this one - recalling the earlier Utagawa exhibition (Loved!) and how art is a form of discussion; between art and art and artist and viewer. It is a little ironic given the text by G&G eschewing the intellectual incestuousness of the art establishment - I think it exemplifies the fact that the two conditions need not be mutually exclusive. Just musing....
