- If you want major alerts (the MET's on fire - bring buckets!), subscribe to Hermes' PO Box.
It doesn't look like much but Meletē's Agora is the heart of this site.
- It is a single page listing all of the current cultural events in NYC I think look interesting.
- The list is organized chronologically and prioritized by:
- Planned outing - if there is a set or tentative group outing date, that's the date used.
- Sticky Logistics - I'll push it up the list to allow enough time to coordinate.
- Expiration - if there are no other factors at play, expiringest first ;)
- All priorities adjusted to avoid monotony... using my judgement.
- To RSVP, just add "comments" at the bottom of Meletē's Agora or drop me a line- I'll take care of the rest.
- I'm easily confused; please state preferences simply and completely: "#1, mm/dd, hr-hr:00 -or- #2...."
- Additional notes are encouraged, particularly offers to bring ambrosia for a picnic.
- The very best events will remain in Meletē's Agora until expiration, but once attended, are moved to the bottom of the page.
- Expired events and the majority of attended events will be moved to the afterlife.
- The afterlife also contains links to photos and videos of attended events for which documentation was permitted.
- Please share your own experiences- I'd love to hear from you.
