Scrap Kit that I used is 'Cool Passion' by Sox which you can
grab by visiting her Blog
Soxsational Scraps

Open up the tag template, duplicate and close original.
Close out the Credits, Heart & Background layers first, then
Click on Scalloped Shape layer Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Layer, New raster Layer,
Grab a paper of choice and paste into Selection
Selections, Select None or Ctrl D Now click on the Circle layer Selection
Select All
Float, Defloat, New raster Layer,Grab a paper of choice and paste into
Selection
Now to add an inner bevel of choice now Selections, Select None or Ctrl D
Grab your magic wand and click inside of the Circle,
Selections, Modify Expand, 10
Choose a paper, create a new layer and paste into Selection, Keep Selected.
Drag this layer below your circle layer so it looks like it is behind it,
Keep Selected.
Get your tube of choice and paste it as a new layer, Selections, Invert then
hit delete.
Click on the top layer then Layer, New raster Layer, paste paper of choice
as a new layer
Get your mask and go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, choose your mask
and click ok.
Once mask is added go to Layers, Delete then Merge Group. Drag this below
all your layers.
Decorate your tag how you want with all the elements and add
a drop shadow to all
your layers.
Add the correct copyright for the artist you used & Save your tag
