Call to Power 2 is the sequel to Civilization: Call to Power.  I believe it greatly cleared up a lot of criticism of the original.  Despite that, many Civilization players simply were put off by the first one and did not grant CTP2 much success.   CTP2, however, for some time was one of my favorite games.

• Army battles - Stacking as many as 12 single units together to create an army
• Public Works - Instead of using worker units to build roads, farms, and other tile improvements, there was a system of public works
• Future expansion - The Call to Power series introduced technology and units that went into the future
