The City of Marion has with the assistance of Phlat Earth Planning Consultants completed a DRAFT of the proposed Zoning Ordinance. The Ordinance in its completion is availble for review and comment. At this time we will be requesting written comments only, in the near future we will be conducting open houses where the public will be invited to review the proposed Zoning Code with City Staff and discuss the changes and any concerns you may have.
