Luke Taylor, Adam Stallings, Alec St. Jean, Kristof Wakoli, Jeff Ortiz & Michael Mulligan all attended. Competitors were Paloma Valley, Tahquitz, Murrieta Vista, Citrus Hill and Citrus Valley with each weight class having no less than 10 competitors. The following are the results: Boys Competed in 3 lifts to include Bench, Clean & Squat 275 Weight Class: Kristof Wakoli 1st Place 275 Weight Class: Alec St. Jean 2nd Place 242 Weight Class: Luke Taylor 2nd Place 242 Weight Class: Adam Stallings 3rd Place 181 Weight Class: Jeff Ortiz 1st Place & MVP for Weight Class 181 to Super Heavy CVHS Blackhawks Weight Lift Team 3rd Place Overall - Boys may be invited to the Inland Empire Lifting Championship in May due to their 3rd place finish. Michael Mulligan would have placed 2nd or 3rd in his 181 weight class but took a no lift on squat. The boys represented CV Blackhawks with CLASS and were all very pleased with their results. Coach St. Jean will bring the Team Trophy to Monday's practice.
