In addition to the normal holidays on the religious calendar the town of Cirdastan the town celebrates two additional secular holidays,

Landing day on --------------- celebrating the day that soldiers landed and began building the defenses of Cirdastan

This day is celebrated with feasting and demonstrations and competitions for the crafts people of the town.

 

and (date) the battle know as the route where but one defender died on the walls while an Orc force several times larger was nearly slaughtered to the man, including a bloody skirmish between Rild and the entire leadership of the attacking force.  Martial stories, reenactments, contests and drinking , in no particular order are highlights of this day.  Granting of military promotions, knighthoods, awards for exemplary service and land grants are traditional

 

There is also one high religious holiday exclusive to Cirdastan that being Cirda Day, in honour of the day Cirda's fist temple was consecrated , her priesthood created, and much of her memories restored.
