America Works will be conducting a study and will need 600 Males that were formally incarcerated.
300 for a controlled environment where there job search will be monitored.
300 for a treatment program- Where they will be referred out.
Both will get intense job placement assistance and carfare.
The participant must be on either food stamps or Medicaid. No cash benefits and a participant have been released for less than 6 months.
For those that have been out for more that 6 more there will still be assistance.
