Low back pain results in millions of dollars of lost work and untold suffering every day. Many factors can be responsible for low back pain. Improper sitting or lifting, overexertion, trauma or inherited spinal abnormalities may contribute to the cause. Without realizing it, the way you perform simple tasks may be adding to the pain you feel every day in your lower back. You may blame it on “sleeping funny” but that could only be one factor of many in your pain. This workshop is another great example of a workshop that combines well with one of our “Teambuilding” or “Office Ergonomics” workshops, but also works great on its own. Everyone experiences low back pain, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to. Take control of your health!
