In 2006, I finished my Ph.D. study in the Program of Evolution, Ecology, and Population Biology at Washington University in St. Louis and the Missouri Botanical Garden. I am interested in the evolution of alpine plants. My dissertation research focused on the biogeography of South Pacific alpine genus Oreomyrrhis (carrot family Apiaceae).
