2/11 Practice Cancelled
Practice is cancelled this morning. Distance if the weather clears up later in the day try and go for a 50 min run or do a fartlek like we were going to do today (4 x 2 hard, 1easy, 1 hard, 30 easy, 30 hard, 30 easy)
