Assignment
Today you will create a magazine poster using concepts of Typography, or the study of type.  Many beginning designers don't worry about type until the very end, and then just try to place it wherever it fits.  However, you must view type as an element of your design just important as the images.  Today you will learn some techniques of good typographic design.

Begin by watching the presentation to the right about Typography.  You will use concepts you have learned in today's assignment.

1. Follow the tutorial to the right to understand what is required in today's assignment.
2. You must make up your own magazine and create a cover for it.  Please make sure your design is school appropriate.
   
3. You may look up magazine cover designs on the internet to help inspire your idea.
4. When you are finished, upload the cover to your blog.
