Recent Adventure.....

Paris France 01/15/2008 -

I recently visited Paris for a few days on business.  The city was one of the strangest places I have ever visited.  I am not sure if it was because I am not that fluent in the French language and did not really understand anyone or if it was because the place seemed so gray and gloomy.  Besides the odd atmosphere, anything and everything was ridiculously expensive.  If you are planning a trip anywhere in Europe anytime soon, please be sure to budget accordingly.  With the Euro at an all-time high, the American dollar does not go far at all.  One beer at a swanky bar will set you back about 20 euro.
