This page is devoted to the pursuit of information about the rich maritime history of the Patchogue River; the ecological issues the river and Great South Bay currently face, and the promotion of events tied in to the riverfront. This is an educational and reference site, providing navigational links to pages about books, periodicals, websites, events, and places to visit. As this site is brand new, I hope to expand and upgrade it as information is made available.
