Welcome to my web site.
I am an associate professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. My research and teaching focuses on environmental economics, public economics, applied econometrics and experimental economics.
I am the director of the UT Experimental Economics Laboratory, and the Program Leader for Energy & Environmental Policy at the Institute for a Secure and Sustainable Environment (ISSE).
