The Parish Centre is attached to the church building and is an important part of the outreach and ministry of the Christian community at Christ Church. It is used for a wide range of activities for people of all ages. On Sundays it is the home to Junior Church, refreshments after services and learning groups for both adults and young people. Through the week there is a huge range of events - playgroups, learning, hospitality. You can see something of the range on a typical week by going to the Calendar page.  The Parish Centre also offers meeting and conference facilities for small and medium groups at reasonable rates. The main hall can accomodate up to 200 people, with a full catering kitchen. It is already becoming a popular venue for wedding receptions. There is a smaller lounge which is ideal for groups of up to 25. There is level access throughout the Centre, an induction loop and fully accessible toilet facilties. access, Christ Church Parish Centre offers an easy place for your meeting or event, annual dinner or celebration. |
The Centre is light and airy with rooms of good proportions which are available for hire. All rooms are furnished and carpeted to a high quality and are clean, tidy and warm.
