* Lead a team of five multimedia and online-dedicated newsroom employees tasked with keeping themorningcall.com, the online home of 110,000-circulation Tribune Publishing newspaper, the most up-to-date, comprehensive news report in the Lehigh Valley.
* Oversee the newspaper's "Continuous News Desk," presenting text, videos, interactive slideshows and other
elements from The Morning Call's 170-person newsroom.
* Represent the Web site in daily news and project meetings, as well as taking a strong role in the strategic planning and budget process.
* Write, voice and record daily radio updates from the newsroom for three radio stations.
* Record and edit digital video and audio.
* Implement rich media to complement special projects.

* Launched and led the Continuous News Desk, transforming the daily news flow and instilling a "one product, many deadlines" approach.
