It is now unbelievably easy and quick to create incredible chocolates. Just pour your melted chocolate into the bowl, turn on the machine and when the chocolate is at ideal temperature (86-88 degrees) dip away. The bowl will hold 10 pounds of chocolate.

As hand dippers we have found that we can dip 6 times faster with this machine than we could when we did with a marble slab. We have designed this machine with the ability to work with 1 to 10 pounds of chocolate.
