Our apartment is in Paphos on the beautiful island of Cyprus, which boasts more than 320 days sunshine per year. Melania Gardens is located in the village of Chlorakas - just 5 minutes from Paphos.
Completed in the summer of 2004, it has a large swimming pool and beautiful garden area and the elevated setting provides panoramic views and catches every little breeze that comes along.
Purchased as a holiday home, it is sometimes available to family to keep it lived in. It is fully air conditioned, and furnished to a high standard.
