通过提供教学资源以及奖学金，提高中国农村地区学生的受教育水平。

华新基金经营小规模的助学项目，提高中国农村学生的受教育水平。我们的项目主要分为两类：

1、学校的基础设施建设和投资

2、为学生提供奖学金
