Get Involved

CNYTrust started as a student organisation, and a significant proportion of the donations we receive today is still the hard work and warm spirit of the many university students that are involved with and attend the Cambridge University Chinese New Year Ball and the Hyde Park run.

If you want to get involved in a similar way, to support education and to really do something that makes a difference, why not get in touch with our trustees looking after volunteer service organisation? Sissi and Alex, both previously presidents of the society in Cambridge, are experienced in supporting and empowering university students with running their own charity events, whatever the scale.

We welcome all passionate, driven students, who share our cause and desire a challenge that will fantastically educational, not to mention life-changing for the children who benefit. Sissi and Alex will willingly have a preliminary chat on to see how you want to get involved.

Obviously we are not limiting ourselves to student organisations: if you have an idea about how you can help us, or how we can improve, please Contact Us using our web form!

Volunteer Reserve List

Whilst the daily task of running CNYTrust is done by the trustees and assistants, there are times when we need that helping hand. This can range from marshalling at our Hyde Park Run, to collecting donations at our fundraising events, to legal and accounting advice and consulting on maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of our endeavor.

If you would not object to our getting in touch when we need your helping hand, please leave your details in our web form. We promise not to share your personal details, or to use it for any other purposes. We also promise not to abuse it by asking for help too frequently.

Thank you for your generosity.
