Nurse Dave was inspired to be a nurse from his friends who were also nurses. They inspired him by saying it’s cool helping people feel better. Nurse Dave had been working here for 17 years and is still going atrong. He came to Chief Brodie because they needed a nurse. Nurse Dave enjoys his job and actually, he loves it. His worst challenge was the food poisoning last year. Nurse Dave has about 200 kids coming in his office in a week. He has about 500 to 600 kids come in his office once a month. The worst injury he had was broken bones.
Mrs. Diola, Librarian

Mrs. Diola has been a librarian for thirty years including the Philippines and here in Guam. She started her career in 1972 and wants to be a librarian until she retires. The biggest challenge of her job is to select books that are interesting for the students. Mrs. Diola was inspired to be a librarian because she always loved reading books and enjoys places that are quiet. She goes to five different classes everyday.
Ms. Maude, Counselor

Ms. Maude has been the counselor at Chief Brodie since February, 2002. She really loves being the school counselor at Chief Brodie. Ms. Maude helps people by listening to their problems and helps solve them. The biggest challenge in her job is finding enough time to help everybody who needs assistance. Also, she would want to stay as long as people would want her to stay. Ms. Maude had worked for many years as a School Psychologist in both California and Guam. She chose to be the School Counselor so that she can work more closely with children, parents and teachers. In her free time, she likes to read, swim and she works out in the gym.
