Supplies Needed:

 Tube of choice. I am using the awesome art of Ismael Rac, you can purchase a license to use his art HERE at MPT. My Scrap Kit Sweet As Candy HERE. Mask HERE. Doodle HERE. Plugin Xenofex 2 Constellation HERE. (optional)

 

Ok let's do some PSP!

Put the mask in your PSP Mask folder. Open a new image 700 x 700 pixels and flood fill white. Copy and paste Paper 25 from my kit and resize 70%. Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disc. Find your mask and apply on  the paper with settings below. Layers > Merge Group.

Change the Blend Mode on this Mask layer to Multiply. Duplicate it and on the original go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur with Radius set to 10. While still on this layer Effects > Texture effects Weave with settings below.

Now change the Blend Mode on this weave layer to normal.

Copy and paste Paper 23 and Frame 28. Resize the frame 80% and the paper 60%. Magic Wand tolerance 20 feather 0 and click inside the frame. Selections > Modify > Expand by 6 Selections > Invert and delete on your paper layer. Selections > Select none. Paste your tube, position inside the frame. Duplicate it and move the duplicate below your frame in your layer palette. Drop shadow the original then take your eraser tool and erase any parts showing past the frame at the bottom. Drop shadow your frame.

Copy and paste any other elements you like from the kit, resize, position and drop shadow. Paste the doodle, move it to the left, duplicate it and Image > Mirror. Add your copyright, watermark and name. Crop and resize all layers to your liking. If you don't want to do the animation, save as a jpg or png and you're done!

Animation:

On your frame paper layer go to Effects > Plugins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation and apply with settings below.

Copy Merged and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation. Back to PSP, undo the effect then re-apply but click the Random Seed button once. Copy Merged and paste in AS after your first frame. Back to PSP and repeat these steps once more so you have 3 frames in AS. In AS go to Edit > Select All then Animation > Frame Properties and change the Display Time to 15. Run your animation. Nice huh? lol!

Save as a gif and that's it you're done!
