PREREQUISITE: workshop 101 DESCRIPTION: We are trying to create a Menu that is activated by Android's "Menu" button.  The menu will have several screens (depending on how many you implement, or comment out) We will not show the menu option that corresponds to currently shown screen Subpage Listing 106a.
