To get to the Centre of the Universe from inside the city moat, most people will travel along Huay Kaew Road (Route 1004) towards Doi Suthep. From the North West corner of the moat, continue on Route 1004 for about 2 kms. You will then see signs for Mae Rim Route 121 as you approach a major junction controlled by traffic lights.

1. Look out for the road sign below as you travel along Route 1004 from the city center towards Doi Suthep	2. When you see  Route 121, as shown below, move over to the outside lane in preparation for turning right at the traffic lights
3. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Route 121	4. After 100 meters you will see the sign below
5. After traveling a further one kilometer you will come to the 5th bridge over the canal from the junction of Routes 1004 and 121.  It is signposted "Star Palace Condominium" in English	6. Turn left, following the sign for "Star Palace Condominum", which is the tall building you can see in the photograph below
7. Go straight for 600 meters and when you come to the T junction shown below, turn right following the sign for Sang Serene House	8. After 300 meters, turn right when you see the entrance sign to the Centre of the Universe.
