White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting from ChefBliss.com

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
12 oz. cream cheesse
10 oz. white chocolate
2 TB milk or cream
4 to 6 cups powdered sugar

Mix together softened butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add in melted white chocolate and mix together. When well mixed, add in powdered sugar by spoonful, alternating with the milk, as needed. I used about 5 to 6 cups of sugar, you may need more or less. Mix on low as you add sugar, until you reach your desired consistency
