I had bought this table about 2 weeks ago. Should have taken before pics, but I didn't. It was a stained wood table and I
stripped it down, sanded it and painted it. I am doing the cherry theme in my kitchen. I had seen a table that was
painited this way and loved it. The only thing I did that was differet was add the cherries in the center. The chairs in
the pic will be srtipped and painted white and reapolstered with red material.
A few days before we were to go on our trip, I was sitting watching TV and as always the kids were all around me.
We had Foxie, Buddy, Meagan............
Tigger and Cat was somewhere else. Now that I have the secitonal they love to sprawl out on the whole thing.
David and I went to Branson for our Anniversary & birthday weekend. We stayed at Holiday Hills Resort. We had reserved a cabin.
We stayed in 510. Which is real funny, cause when we spent a weekend there with Vern & Lucille we stayed in 508 which was
on the other side of this one. We love the cabin, cause it is out in the trees, peaceful and much more private than the condo's.
David got the job of bringing in the luggage.
Me, well, I just sat down and took it easy. Living room in cabin.
Bedroom Bathroom, complete with jacuzzi tub. I just love the tub.
Kitchen & dining area. There is also a loft that has a bedroom & bath.
Friday evening, we relaxed until time to go to the show. Sight & Sound Theater..
We went to see Noah. The play was good. Very entertaining. The ticket takers seemeed to be very disorganized. No signs posting where
you need to get tickets, so everyone was milling around and wondering where to go. Very unorganized. Otherwise it was an enjoyable evening.
Saturday morning we slept to about 10am and than went into town for shopping and fun.
David surprised me with a ride in the horse drawn carriage. We had a 40 minute ride with a very amusing gentleman for our guide.
On our tour we saw this mural that was painited on a building and saw the first theater that was in Branson.
