Choose between : Battistini Guest House or Battistini Vip House (walking distance from Metro line "A" Battistini and in Vatican area) Gemelli Flats (walking distance from University "Cattolica" and in Vatican area) Nazionale Flat (best deals for 5 persons in the center of Rome, walking distance from Spanish step) Termini Suites (cheap and luxury style walking distance from Termini Station) Marconi Flat (walking distance from Trastevere area) The apartments are located in Vatican area and Trastevere area . The whole area is equipped with stores, cinema, supermarkets , restaurants and public transport. We strongly advise to use the Underground which is 100 mt. far from the apartments so that you will reach in a few minutes the City center. Apartments in Vatican area have ADSL connection for your laptop, instead the apartments in Trastevere area have private parking, TV-Sat and air-conditioning. NAZIONALE FLAT
Large apartment of 70 sqmt. located in the center of Rome with two bathrooms and breakfast included. The apartment has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, one living room with 2 beds, a open kitchen and 2 bathrooms, WIFI connection and heating/air conditioned. It can host until 5 persons maximum and the owner provide the breakfast for all guests inside. Just walking distance from the apartment you'll reach Via Nazionale, Fonatana di Trevi and Spanish Step. The apartment has 1 living room with sofa-bed, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. Washing machine is present but there isn't internet connection.
Anyway just 100 mt.far from the apartment you have internet point and laundry-mat.
This is a central zone full of history, which is becoming younger and fashionable, with excellent services. Viale Marconi is famous for the fascinating roman night life, discos and fashionable famous clubs such as Goa, Classico, Barone Rosso, la Saponieria, Loft, Speedy Gonzales, IT. In this area, you will find a lot of shops to do "shopping" such as a good bargains and many restaurants where you can have the pleasure to taste several typical roman dishes. Viale Marconi is totally served by buses and trains that leave and arrive in Trastevere Station. GEMELLI FLATS FOR 2 -4 PERSONS
The apartments are located in the North part of Rome close with Gemelli Hospital and St.Peter Basilica have two large rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted as linen, tv, fitted wardrobes, showers and more. Supermarket, shops, subway, and buses are around. These apartments are right for persons that have to study at University of Gemelli ( Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore ) or that desire to stay close with St.Peter Basilica and Vatican Museum. Private parking or free large lot parking at 100 meters distance from the apartments. A car is not needed. 10 minutes by subway and 15 by bus to the Vatican. All the apartments have:

GEMELLI FLATS : BATTISTINI APARTMENTS CLEANING Our apartments will be cleaned during month, the price of this service is included in the monthly rent and cannot be discharged. We are in agreement with our guests to plan the service for all period they stay. PICK-UP FROM THE AIRPORT If you like to meet us directly in the airport where you will arrive you can book our pick-up from Leonardo da Vinci or Ciampino airport and of course the run to go back. BATTISTINI GUEST HOUSE This apartment is smaller than Battistini Vip House, infact it has a living-room with a kitchen in the same area, a bathroom and a bedroom very comfortable for 3 beds and a balcony of 25 sqmt. BATTISTINI VIP HOUSE This is fit for a max of 3 person and the facilities to have a second bedroom for the third person. Moreover the apartment is furnished with a fine materials like parquet and marmoir in the bathroom. A kitchen, a private studio and a living-room are included.
