The Bungalow is a recent (2009) renovation of a suite in a 1925 home on Missionary Ridge, a historic neighborhood (scene of Civil War battles and historic homes) that overlooks downtown Chattanooga. The Bungalow has arts and crafts columns and windows, hardwood floors, modern kitchen and bath, all appliances including washer/ dryer, flat screen television and wireless internet. All utilities including cable and wireless are furnished at the suite. The Bungalow is independent of any other suite and has a private entrance. The Bungalow is centrally located in Chattanooga, only a few minutes from downtown, riverfront attractions and Lookout Mountain.
Rates for rent, newly furnished, heat, air, water, cable and wireless, linens, towels: $1200 month
