WHAT'S SO HOT ABOUT
STATE CHARTER MEMBERSHIP or "SCM"?

Charter Membership or CM is comprised of the first twenty five eligible, willing and able BAFU enrollees in any given State who form the

Governing Board or CHAPTER of that State. Upon enrolling the first twenty five individuals or corporations, BAFU's Founder Sony Roy, will

organize an official event to proceed with the formation of the BAFU CHAPTER GOVERNING Board and the vote of Executive Officers among

the twenty five individuals. This will be done by the Founder to formally install the CHAPTER for that State. The arrangements and details will

be done by the CMs under the direction of the Founder to insure continuity of quality with the system, strategies, structure, style, symbols and

the skills of all CMs involved in that iconic event.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF CHARTER MEMBERSHIP?

The purpose of Charter Membership (CM) is to promote the philosophy of BAFU USA described as but not limited to the following:

a) MANDATE: A CM must espouse the BAFU mandate as expressed by the acronyms B-A-F-U "Bounce-Back America From Unemployment."

This name is designed to rebuild the mindset of fellow individuals in America as the Country is engaged in a psychological warfare in this

economic crisis. Some see this crisis as the end for America and thus, they plow into anything they can carry away very quickly. This scarcity

mentality can lead to an increase in social and white collar crimes. BAFU is infusing hope in a climate of fear by calling all individuals in

America to gear up for a brighter future. Therefore the name stands for BOUNCE BACK AMERICA FROM UNEMPLOYMENT. The CM is the

mouth piece for such voice of hope and is engaged in calling men and women everywhere to join hands together and bounce back from our

economic and unemployment crisis. The CM is an active force and a vibrant voice in promoting this philosophy.

b) MISSION: A CM must adhere to the mission of BAFU as expressed here: "Turning unemployment into a workforce" BAFU is designed to

help America change its point of view in this crisis by encouraging all individuals to turn the lows of today into the highs of tomorrow as it

happened for some after 1929 or the Great Depression. Only those who understood that opportunity took advantage of it and became very

wealthy afterward. We can do likewise today and the Charter Member is equipped to carry on this powerful mission and blaze the trail of a

massive recovery and employment development in America.

c) MESSAGE: A CM must have a different vision about the outlook in America. While the great majority of our Nation is looking at the

economic glass half-empty, BAFU's message is "the economic glass is half-full." This is the basis for our vision at BAFU. By changing our

point of view, we are able to change our view point as those who did it subsequent to the Great Depression of 1929. The Charter Member will

invite others to do likewise to change the psychological make up of our nation. From a BAFU standpoint, this is what it will take for people in

America to invest their means back in the country they so love and bring about the changes needed at the grass-root level to turn the tide for

America. Our President and his administration are right on target when they bring hope to the people despite the crisis they had inherited.

"Yes We Can."

The above-cited mandate, mission and message give the Charter Member a clear purpose for his/her functions.

Their major executive role will be to spread and build the BAFU network with the mission to turn unemployment into a workforce.
