4-60-065 Promoted amusements or events–Unlawful acts. SECTION 4. Chapter 4-156 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting a new section 4-156-465, as follows: 4-156-465 Promoted amusements or events–Unlawful acts–Duties. The written notification required by this subsection shall be made to the
local police commander of the district where the promoted amusement or event
will be held and shall contain the following information: (a) the date, time
and location of the promoted amusement or event; (b) the estimated attendance
at the promoted amusement or event; and (c) the name and license number of the event promoter. Upon request, the commander of the district shall
provide a copy SECTION 5. Chapter 4-156 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago is
hereby 4-156-651 Promoted indoor special events–Unlawful acts. SECTION 6. Section 10-8-335 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago is
hereby 10-8-335 Outdoor special events.
