INTERESTS My primary interests are in the intersection of cognitive and non-cognitive aspects of teaching and learning, especially as they interact with technologies. My research agenda involves improving learning in domains typically regarded as challenging or difficult such as mathematics and engineering. I focus on facilitating learners’ emotion control, motivation and self-regulation throughout the implementation of a virtual change agent in online learning environments.
