CHAMPS Family Council/Booster Club
Providing opportunities for family involvement
CHAMPS Family Council/Booster Club meets approximately once a month at school at 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. as indicated below. Voting members make decisions regarding Family Council/Booster Club activities and use of Family Council/Booster Club funds in support of the school. Parents, students, staff and community members are welcome to attend meetings and to volunteer to work on committees such as Fundraising, On-campus Supervision, Lunch/Snack Supervision, Hospitality, Special Events, and Transportation.

CHAMPS WEEKLONG FUNDRAISER AT CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN ASAP
IN SHERMAN OAKS WESTFIELD FASHION SQUARE MALL, 14006 Riverside Drive (first floor of mall)
November 9-16, 2009
11:00 A.M. -- 8:30 P.M. weekdays, 11:00 A.M. -- 7:00 P.M. Saturday, 11:00 A.M. -- 6:00 P.M. Sunday
Come support CHAMPS by having lunch or dinner at CPK ASAP in Sherman Oaks Westfield Fashion Square Mall any day from November 9-16, 2009. CPK ASAP will donate 20% of all receipts from CHAMPS families and friends back to our school.
Important -- You must present a print out the announcement email that was sent, to give to the cashier when ordering.
Fundraiser is also valid on orders to go.

To request credit for family service volunteer time you have performed
Please make a tax-deductible donation to non-profit 501(c)(3) CHAMPS Charter High School Booster Club, Inc.
(Federal ID 26-0190155) of cash, gift cards, gift certificates, needed items, or by check or credit card. You can
indicate if you wish to donate to a specific academy or program.
MATCHING GIFTS: You may be able to double or even triple the value of your donation through your employer’s Matching Gift Program! Please ask your human resources department for a matching gift request form. Just send CHAMPS Booster Club the form

Also, you can shop at CHAMPS Student Store for your school supplies! Pay the same amount as you would at any OFFICE SUPPLY store AND help CHAMPS! Open from 11:00-2:00 every school day...at CHAMPS!
