I am a first year doctoral student in the Industrial Organizational Psychology Program at George Mason University.  I am from the Northern Virginia Washington Area and obtained my B.S. in Psychology from George Mason.  My "Big Five" areas of interest for current and future research projects involve Occupational Health Psychology, Work Place Diversity, Leadership, Motivation and Workplace Bullying.  My advisor is Dr. Eden King, with whom I will be researching diversity related work issues.  I will also continue working with Dr. Lois Tetrick's OHP Lab exploring the possible links between leadership and parenting style.
