Overview 

Each year, COMAP holds a mathematical contest in modeling, lasting a grueling 96 hours. In 2008, I participated, and had the honor of working with Rachel Krieg and Seth Chadwick. Our paper, Ease and Toil: Analyzing Sudoku, was awarded a grade of "Outstanding" (the highest grade awarded in the contest) by the COMAP judges, and received the INFORMS award.
