Why CrossFit is the Best Thing Around
 

First and foremost, it works.  There are no gimmicks here, this is simply hard work that gets tangible results.  You will be challenged, you will reach the limits of what you are able to do, and in the process you will change.

You don't have to be an expert to know what to do.  Classes are run by a trainer, so you don't have to decide what to do when you get to the gym, you don't have to plan a regimen.  All you have to do is show up and do the work.

It is safe.  We work the body in the way it was designed for.  No awkward (and useless) isolation exercises.  Additionally, you are coached and watched by a trainer to ensure that you use good form.

Believe it or not, this is fun.  It's fun because everyday is different.  You don't know what you will be called to do until you get to the gym.  It is also fun because improvement is exciting.  That day you exceed your expectations and surprise yourself, that is a good day. 

It is short.  Most of our workouts take less than 30 minutes.  You can be in and out of the gym in less than an hour.

You benefit from the group.  Working in a group has three benefits.  First, they hold you accountable.  People look forward to seeing you around, they want you there.  It is a simple fact of life that you will workout more often when you have a group to be a part of.  Second, they encourage you.  Something amazing happens when people "suffer" together.  Third, is competition.  You will work harder and do more simply because there are others doing it with you.
