We provide the public with an avenue to donate their old computer to a public school. We will have a warehouse which can be used for both collection and refurbishment of computers. Potential donors, have to bring the computer at their own cost to the warehouse/School. We can also partner with other NGO's and websites that work to reduce e-waste and promote re-use.
We propose to roll out the program in two stages.
At the first stage, We will accept only used working computers, either thin-clients or servers or Stand-alone PC's. (Refer table)
At the second stage, We will also be accepting the following peripherals. Please refer the table for detailed specifications.

Partnership with organizations to source computers
We will explore the possibility of other NGO's working in the field, catering to the need of the people/companies to dispose off their old computers. They can be websites like DonateYourPC.in or foundations like Sankya ( HP's CSR initiative)
We will approach Industry Associations like CII, FKICCI to promote the concept of computer reuse.
We will also approach private companies and request them to donate their old computers to us as part of their CSR activities.
