Teachers - teacher facilitates large group instruction using Power Point, Inspiration, numonics board, united streaming, etc. Technology is used to instruct stduents more effectively, addressing multiple intelligences, learning styles and interest.

Focus: Teachers use technology to instruct students more effectively.

Visual Learning: Teachers use visual graphic organizers, concept maps and thinking maps.

Challenge Activities: Students use online resources to find evidence to substantiate or refute an opinion or position.

Discovery Activities: Plot a series of investigations in which students analyze selected online resources to uncover answers to a mystery.

Portfolio Projects: Send students to a carefully selected set of Web sites where they can collect different kinds of information images, sounds, quotations, facts and figures to construct their own view of a subject.

Journal-Keeping Projects: Use a series of questions to guide students through a structured sequence of selected Web pages, prompting them to reflect on specific aspects of each page and record their impressions, opinions or observations.
